St. Stephens & St. Agnes School (SSSAS) upper field

The family picnic & annual meeting is held annually every September. The picnic starts at 4:00pm, with the annual meeting following at 5:30pm. The event includes:

• Plenty of food and drinks with tables and chairs

• A moon bounce and games for children

• An ice cream truck

If you’d like to help at the event, please see our volunteer sign up.

In the event of inclement weather, the picnic and annual meeting will be held in the SSSAS Chapel/Performing Arts building.

Anyone photographed may withdraw consent for a photograph in which they appear. The process for this is to email us specifying the photo in question. With that request, we will remove the photo wherever it appears.
